Are you ethically sourced?
While there is no regulated standard for what "ethically sourced" means, we source crystals from companies who pay their employees a living wage, ensure safe working conditions, and take action to mitigate environmental impacts. Lily & Quartz chooses not to advertise as "ethically sourced" since we believe that this term is used too often with little assurance and accountability.
Why don't you accept returns or exchanges?
We don't accept returns or exchanges since we are a small (but mighty!) business and want to ensure that we are able to maintain the quality of our products. If you have any questions about our items, please feel welcome to reach out to us via email or Instagram before placing your order. If there's an issue with your order, please reach out so we can try to make it right!
How do you price your items?
We price our items by weight. It all depends on how much the lot cost per kilo!
Since we're a small, home-based business, we're able to offer lower pricing. With frequent price gouging in the mineral market, we strive to always be transparent about prices!
How much is shipping?
Our domestic shipping rates are as follows:
Under a pound $5.95
1 - 5 lbs $9.95
5 - 15 lbs $13.95
15 lbs and up $19.95

All orders ship with The United States Postal Service (USPS). If you are interested in purchasing package insurance through USPS, please let us know prior to checking out! Once a package is dropped off at the post office, we are no longer in control of the item. Unfortunately, this means if a package is lost or damaged, this is an issue that must be brought up with USPS directly.

We also ship internationally! If you encounter any issues at checkout, please let us know on our contact form. Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on your location.
When can I expect my order?
All products are shipped within 5 - 7 business days unless there are unforeseen circumstances (like a crazy Maine winter storm)!
You will receive an email with package tracking information when your item ships.
Do you offer local pickup for orders?
Yes! We offer contactless pickup in South Portland, ME. At checkout, select the pickup option and this will waive shipping. After placing your order, please send us a message on Instagram (@lilyandquartz) or send us an email (lilyandquartz@gmail.com) to let us know when you would like to pick up your purchase.
